You asked, we delivered! Many of our customers have been asking for a more cost effective way to get to their dialysis appointments so we came up with a new subscription service to help them do just that.
We have 2 plans, a 2 days per week plan for $530 per month and a 3 days per week plan for $795.

Subscription Options
You have your choice of 2 plans. One with 3 round trips a week ($795) or one with 2 round trips per week ($530). We charge a $10.00 setup fee when you subscribe to this service.

The dialysis center must be within 10 miles of the pickup location with pickups and return between 6am and 6pm.
